StateServ

Our relationship with StateServ dates to when they were a small, family-owned company. As they outgrew their first building, they involved us in the planning and construction of their new space in Mesa, Arizona.

The challenges of the pandemic proved impacting as both their construction schedule and their furniture manufacturing were delayed and fell out of sync. When it became clear that neither their space nor the new furniture would not arrive in time, Elontec provided temporary furniture, on loan at no cost, that included 60 workstations, private offices, conference room tables and chairs, training tables and chairs, break room tables and chairs, and lounge and collaboration areas – we basically furnished much of their temporary space with loaned items. When the new space was ready, our team mobilized again installing furniture for over 300 users, relocating their employees from the temporary
space and returning the loaner items to our warehouse.

On top of the logistical challenges, one of the reasons StateServ is one of our showcase projects is a great blend of aesthetic and function. Our design team worked with StateServ’s c-suite executives to plan and furnish a corporate office environment that fit their needs and put them forth on a path where their space facilitates their continued growth. The space has a sea of workstations, a multitude of private offices, numerous conference and meeting areas, training rooms and break areas. It’s a beautiful space punctuated with a custom-made, marble boardroom table. The project is a prime example of services Elontec provides for an affordable price with exemplary service.
