When starting a new project, a project management team will be assigned to manage every phase from start to finish. The Project Manager is your main point of contact and will work closely with you maintaining proactive communication so there are no surprises, keeping you well informed every step of the way.

It is the role of the Elontec Project Manger to oversee all activities required from the implementation phase through final inspection of the completed project. The Elontec team will manage all the moving parts to coordinate with the manufacturer to ensure on-time delivery, and schedule according to established timelines.

This workflow ensures a perfect orchestration of tasks from design and product selection, to project plan creation, order, delivery and installation

Onsite evaluation of the space

Develop a project plan

Verify site conditions

Discuss work schedule strategies to avoid interruption to the business operations

Determine permissions/restrictions for access to the building including freight or elevator access

Discuss coordination of logistics and timelines for the installation

Conduct final walkthrough after installation

Complete punch list items as needed

Once the project is complete, a final walkthrough will be conducted to inspect the completed project. During the inspection we will identify any areas that may need to be addressed in addition to any punch list items. At Elontec, our goal is to ensure the project is completed seamlessly, and on time and within budget.

Team Roles

Roles Responsibilities
Project Manager Serves as your single point of contact for the entire project. Responsible for developing the project plan, determining timelines for a seamless delivery, and keeping the project on track and within budget; manages every task from initial needs assessment, to the design phase to delivery, installation and project completion.
Interior Designer Analyzes your space and creates custom drawings and plans that meet your project requirements; works with existing architectural plans and performs all design from scratch; customizes solutions to maximize space allocation, workflow preferences, and productivity.
Customer Support Team From the project manager, to the operations team, to inside sales team – your project team works seamlessly to coordinate every step of the project to ensure its success. Using proactive communication you are kept informed every step o f the way, and Elontec is only a phone call away if anything additional is required.
Installation/Delivery Crews Professional and courteous delivery teams will ensure that your furniture is delivered on time and installed correctly. Our furniture installers have completed manufacturer training and are experts in customer service.
