logoimg. . . our move, and all Elontec did leading up to that, was a monumental project. Essentially Elontec was the primary support not only for our complex move from two separate offices coalescing into one, but for preparing our new space as well. Our project consisted of the following:

• Diagramming of wiring/cabling for all networking and computers
• Installation of server racks and all computer related hardware
• Moving and installation of all computers (approximately 100)
• Assistance and advice with space planning for furniture and cubicles
• Helping with selection, ordering, procuring and installing all furniture, including used cubicles and new desks, chairs, bookshelves, etc...
• Installation of all art work
• Special management of confidential patient information
• Disposal of all unwanted furniture

The outcome of the entire project was truly amazing. The Elontec team worked with us for months to prepare. Prior to our move day they had our space completely set up except for those things being moved. Our Team Members finished packing on a Friday and left at noon. The Elontec team came in and moved both offices into our new office that day. When our team of approximately 100 people reported to work on Monday morning, they unpacked their personal belongings, logged on and went to work. We truly were up and 100% operational by lunch. That Monday was one of the most wonderful days ever for our company. Throughout the project, all time frames and commitments were met and communication was stellar. logoimgOur project goal was to move our manufacturing operation and distribution center from Arizona to Indiana. This move needed to be a seamless transition for us, as we were setting up the same operation in Indiana. This is important to note as Elontec was required to be on our schedule, which in this case was periodically over a two month period. I probably do not need to point out the fact that it would have been much simpler to move everything at once, but our business model needs would not allow for that. At day one, Elontec took notes and pictures, designing a plan for each piece of equipment. Over the next few months, I merely informed Elontec what piece(s) of equipment were to be moved and on what day and they handled everything. This is where the pictures and notes came into play, as they knew exactly which equipment I was referring to and what their steps of action were to be to accomplish our requirement. Note: every piece of equipment arrived in Indiana in the same condition it left Arizona…except for a truckload that we loaded ourselves; but that’s another story. I would not hesitate to recommend Elontec. They were professional, great communicators and they accomplished our goals. Their entire staff was polite, hardworking and very knowledgeable.

We completed the relocation of this 80,000 square foot facility in one night. This project required split second timing to move slot machines, cash cages and other important content. Elontec worked hand and hand with the Federal Gaming Commission and the Tribal Gaming Commission.

Elontec completed the relocation of the Wild Horse Pass Casino and Hotel. This project consisted of the relocation of well over 250,000 square foot facility including multiple buildings, executive offices, greater than 1500 employees, cash cages, slot machines and other gaming equipment. The Casino was relocated in one night and the facilities were completed in phases over one week…. Their team was hard-working, professional and very customer service oriented.
